Art Criticism: Reflection
1. Which projects did you review? I reviewed Jenna Lettieri's "Looking for Love", as well as David Evans "Influence of Paris, France".
2. Why did you select the Exhibit you critiqued? I chose Jenna's because I found that it had a better theme behind it, "Looking for Love" anyone can apply themselves to and find meaning and truth behind it, everyone is looking for love and it was just a much better topic to critique on.
3. What challenges did you face in writing the critique article and how did you overcome them? The challenges I faced was going back and remembering the last time I was in love, and how it all ended. Being reminded of it all was hard to deal with but them I sat down and started thinking about how I felt during that time, which was great so it helped me get through it all.
4. How do you feel about critiquing your peers work? I enjoyed it, I liked seeing what other's came up with and the themes they chose.
5. Would you like to read the critique your peers wrote about your Art Curation Project? I would like to read the things people wrote about mine yes, because I like to see what others think of the work I've done, and maybe if they had a take on my theme.
6. On a scale of 1-10 how would you rate your finished article and why? I would say about a 8, because I feel that I did a good job but wasn't very sure if I did it all correctly, I'm not a professional at it and I just know that the more I do it, the better I'd be at it.
7. Did you enjoy working on this project?I did enjoy it, because it may me think of which theme to use and I tried thinking of something that I could relate to.
